Refund policy
At Casalume Lighting Store we want you to love your new lighting piece. Because of the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only if your item arrives broken, damaged, or with a manufacturing defect.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size/style selection, or general dissatisfaction.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
How to Report a Damaged or Broken Item
- Contact us at casalumesupport@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged or broken item, along with the packaging.
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 3 business days
Resolution
Once your claim is approved, we will offer either:
- A full replacement of the item, or
- A full refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
- Items without proof of damage (photos/videos) submitted within the claim window.
- Requests submitted after the 7-day window.
